Terms and Conditions for The Spotlight Speaker Accelerator Pay In Full Option:

The Spotlight Speaker Accelerator is a virtual speaker coaching and training program that will show you how to transform stage fright into unshakeable stage presence, create epic speaking content, and get booked to speak. It includes 12, 2-hour weekly coaching calls; digital training modules; done-for-you worksheets, cheat sheets, and templates; participation in a private, program-specific Facebook Group; AND a ticket to The Spotlight MasterTreat 2019.

(Note: The Spotlight MasterTreat 2019, the culminating event of The Spotlight Speaker Accelerator, is a mastermind-meets-transformational retreat for speakers. The event will be held April 26-28, 2019 at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Your ticket is transferable to 2020 if you cannot attend in 2019.)

As a thank you for paying in full, your investment also includes Classy Sales Camp in Las Vegas ($1500 VALUE) on April 29, 2019.

Release: I hereby release and forever discharge Alexia Vernon Empowerment, LLC, Alexia Vernon, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, judgments, actions, causes of action, injuries, or damages (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and expenses) that have arisen or occurred or that may arise or occur as a result of my participation in The Spotlight Speaker Accelerator. 

Terms of Payment: I hereby authorize Alexia Vernon Empowerment, LLC to charge my credit card for the full amount of participation in The Spotlight Speaker Accelerator. Furthermore, by purchasing, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the full payment of fees, regardless if I actually participate in the program, attend the live event component, and regardless if I choose to pay in full or make monthly payments. I agree that I am fully responsible for my own travel, meals, and accommodations if I choose to attend The Spotlight MasterTreat 2019. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis. Payments past due by 7 days or more will be grounds for termination from The Spotlight Speaker Accelerator, no additional services will be provided, and the offer to attend The Spotlight MasterTreat 2019 event will be rescinded. 

If for any reason, I am not 100 percent satisfied with my program experience, I will have 14-days from the first coaching call to submit all of my coursework to CustomerCare@AlexiaVernon.com to receive a full refund. By purchasing, I acknowledge that refunds will not be issued if I decide not to start the program or fail to submit my coursework and refund request prior to February 20, 2019.
